Seneca County Health District Birth Records

The Seneca County General Health District issues certified birth certificates for anyone born in Ohio from 1908 to now. This statewide access means you do not have to go to the county where the birth happened. The Vital Statistics Office is at 71 South Washington St., Suite 1102, Tiffin, OH 44883.
